Settlement Manager

The Job

  • Manage a small team of settlement staffs
  • Perform day-to-day support to the settlement department
  • Manage the operation of the Settlement systems
  • Handle the Account Opening document verification
  • Support the custodian function and perform Stock and Cash reconciliation
  • Liaise with front office, clients, brokers and custodians to resolve trade and settlement issues
  • Deal with corporate actions / entitlements arising from clients’ investment portfolios
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Person

  • Post-secondary educated
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Well-versed with SFC and HKEx rules and regulations
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word
  • Processing  Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese



The Job

  • Handle and execute securities transactions with accuracy and efficiency for clients and investors
  • Review trade documentation and ensure that dealing orders are completed accurately
  • Handle enquiries on doubtful trades
  • Match daily transaction records and compile various trading reports
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Person

  • Diploma or above. Holder of SFC license RA1 & 4 is preferred
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in securities brokerage firms
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Good communication skill and proficiency in Microsoft office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin


Overseas Property Consultant/ Senior Consultant

The Job

  • Meeting revenue targets via direct sales, distribution networks, wholesale and bulk-deal sales channels
  • Meeting with existing and prospective clients to present and explain the company’s business model and to discuss properties and markets which match their investment profile
  • Participating in overseas property exhibitions and seminars organized by the Company
  • Providing high quality of pre- and post- sales service to clients, including but not limited to overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
  • Managing new and existing client relationships
  • Supporting sales leader of the department on operational tasks if necessary
  • Working in weekends and public holidays may be required

The Person

  • University graduate, with at least 3-year face-to-face sales experience, preferably in either real estates and financial industry
  • A self-starter with plenty of drive and ambition
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and mandarin
  • Familiar with the UK property market, or previously studied or lived in the UK is a plus
  • EAA license holder is preferable
